Since its opening in August 1990, the Stadthalle Bielefeld has achieved a top position in the league table of German conference venues. Built in the city centre by the Hamburg architectural practice Gerkan, Marg & Partner in a quirky white “ocean liner” style, the Stadthalle is the main focus for events in the region.

With its unique concept of space, the Stadthalle Bielefeld provides exceptional multi-functionality for up to 4,500 visitors.

On a total events area of 4,500m² the Large and Small Conference Halls are the settings for larger events and concerts. 9 conference rooms with capacities of 25 to 200 people, and generous foyers and galleries add to its appeal. The Stadthalle Bielefeld offers the latest in event technologies at international level.
